Leadership

PJ Cunningham, CEO

At the helm is PJ Cunningham, CEO of Realinterface. With almost 30 years of recruiting and staffing experience,  PJ has worked in nearly every position in the industry from Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Sales Manager, Program Manager for Managed Services,  Regional Director and CEO.

PJ earned a lifelong designation as a CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) in the late eighties through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

Sherry Atillo

Sherry joined Realinterface in March 2017 as a Recruitment Assistant.

She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. ​

Prior to joining the company, Sherry worked for a BPO company where she was part of the pioneer​ group who sourced and screen​ed​ for both administrative and customer service positions.

She has been in the recruitment field for more than 9 years ​performing various tasks​, from administrative work to screening candidates.

Eliza Dela Cruz

Eliza Dela Cruz holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a comprised 6 years of Recruitment experience.
She initially worked on the Finance, Banking and Mortgage segments and moved to IT/Technical, Engineering, Executive and Management roles. She has comprehensive recruitment in both hardware and software related positions; placing  IT Directors, IT Project Managers, Network Analysts, Engineers, Infrastructure Architects, Firewall Engineers (ASA, Palo Alto, Checkpoint), VoIP (Cisco and Avaya, Help Desk, SAP Consultants, HRIS Analysts, Windows Engineers, Developers (DotNet, Java, Ruby Rails), Programmers and Information Security Analysts, etc. She knows the intricacies, lingo and how to source, which has helped her build a solid network of experienced IT contacts.

Melissa Richardson

Melissa ​Richardson ​possesses over 4 years of technical recruiting experience. ​ She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology. ​​Melissa was a subject matter expert and trainer for new hires for AT&T Uverse for more than 8 years prior to shifting career focus to recruitment.
Melissa ​believes in focusing the ​hir​ing process on​​ people not resumes. She knows that beyond resumes, hiring should be based on candidate confidence, attitude and professionalism.
